Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information QuestPath collects and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- App data: your selected quests, saved routes, and tracked-account labels.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer/subscription ID and your subscription status — we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: if you contact us, we keep your name, email, and message.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and a first-party session cookie to keep you logged in.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service (routing, saved routes, account features).
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
- To respond to support requests.
- To maintain security and diagnose problems.
Cookies
We use a single essential, first-party cookie to maintain your login session. We do not use it for advertising. If analytics is enabled by our host (e.g. Cloudflare), it may set additional cookies; these do not identify you personally.

- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Postmark — transactional email delivery.
- fortnite-api.com — public quest and map data (no personal data sent).
- OpenAI — used by our team to generate blog content; no user personal data is sent.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers above as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email [email protected].
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
