QuestPath Premium is a digital subscription delivered instantly. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial or unused periods, once a charge has been made.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, use the billing link in your account or email us at [email protected].

Free tier

QuestPath offers a free tier so you can evaluate the tool (routing up to three quests) before subscribing. We encourage you to try it before upgrading.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing system fault), contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
