These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuestPath (the “Service”) at fortniteboards.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

QuestPath is an independent tool that helps Fortnite players plan efficient in-game routes to complete quests. Quest and map data are sourced from third-party public APIs and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Not affiliated with Epic Games

QuestPath is not created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Epic Games, Inc. “Fortnite” and related marks are trademarks of Epic Games. All game content belongs to its respective owners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract (and to meet Fortnite’s own age requirements).

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are offered as recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse, scrape, or overload the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) resell or redistribute the Service; or (d) use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any third-party platform, including Epic Games.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that routes are optimal in-game, that data is accurate or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
